Avekshaa Technologies announced today that Mr. V. Balakrishnan and Mr. Manish Kumar have joined the board of directors of Avekshaa Technologies. Mr. Balakrishnan, the industry veterans with over 23 years of experience, has significant experience in leadership positions in the finance domain, with expertise in Corporate Finance, International Taxation, Risk Management and Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Manish has a strong track record of leading and advising early-stage software companies.
Mr. Balakrishnan was formerly a Board member and CFO at Infosys Ltd. and served as the Chairman of the Board at Infosys BPO Limited and Infosys Lodestone. Mr. Balakrishnan also served as Director at Infosys Technologies Australia Pvt Limited and Infosys Consulting, Inc. and was head of BPO, Finacle & India Business Unit at Infosys Ltd. He has been a recipient of the “Best CFO” award from CNBC and Finance Asia. Mr. Balakrishnan is also the Founder & Chairman of Exfinity, a Private Equity Fund.
Mr. Manish Kumar is currently working as Assistant Vice President with KITVEN Funds (Karnataka Information Technology Venture Capital Funds). He has rich experience of over a decade in VC investments covering the entire gamut right from deal sourcing, scrutinizing, due diligence, feasibility assessment, and board representation. He has been represented in 5 assisted units at Board level and has undertaken responsibility on behalf of KITVEN Funds.
