The 10th anniversary is certainly a milestone worth celebrating, and Avekshaa did it with a bang! Founded in 2011, Avekshaa Technologies has come a long way from being a pioneer in application performance engineering and application performance management space to becoming a global leader in P-A-S-STM (Performance, Availability, Scalability & Security) assurance space. Today, Avekshaa works with over 60 enterprise clients in BFSI, ecommerce, telecom and retail domains and have successfully delivered over 500 high-value and high-impact projects in P-A-S-STM assurance space.

The 10 Year celebrations started a month in advance with the weekly email announcements from the CEO, which built up the curiosity, fun, and excitement for the main event.
On 21st April 2022 at the Radisson Blu Mumbai International Airport, the event started with a welcome address by Mr. Rajinder Gandotra, followed by the event inauguration and lamp lighting by the guest dignitaries.
“10 years ago, we dreamt of building a high-end tech company from India that will transform the way our customers improve profitability, customer service and operational efficiency. Though we have a long way to go, we are excited to have successfully delivered some of the expectations by solving some of the most complex performance and scalability engineering problems in the world. I would like to thank all our customers for their unwavering trust, support and encouragement without which achieving this milestone would have been difficult. I wish further success and growth to our customers, our teams and our extended families in all their endeavours, addressed Mr. Rajinder in his welcome note.

President ICICI Bank, along with team Avekshaa and their respective families which is well-known in Avekshaa as the Avekshaa extended family graced the occasion. Audience was then treated to the words of wisdom from our esteemed guests on the experience they had in this incredible journey over the years with Avekshaa, and the way it’s headed into the future.
Next came the moment when the dignitaries were duly appreciated for their continuous support and encouragement with felicitations.
Avekshaa employees were then awarded for their persistence, hard work, and association with Avekshaa with distribution of certificates and felicitations were presented to the employees who have been a part of the Avekshaa journey for 5 plus years. The evening ended on a high note with electrifying performances and photo sessions, followed by a sumptuous dinner.
