- Industry Leadership: Former Managing Director at Sartorius India and Global VP for Integrated Solutions. He played a pivotal role in transforming Sartorius from a start-up into a Centre of Excellence, establishing global R&D centers in mechatronics and bioprocess technologies, and setting up the Sartorius India Campus in Bangalore.
- Strategic Advisor & Boardroom Thinker: Currently advising German and European joint ventures in India, guiding them in organizational strategy, development, and succession planning.
